本規約は、株式会社ホライゾン・ジャパン（代表取締役 山本久美子／有料職業紹介事業 許可番号 14-ユ-302302／本店 日本国内。以下「当社」）が提供する本招待ページ（以下「本サイト」）の利用に適用されます。 These Terms apply to the use of this invitation page (the "Site") provided by Horizon Japan Co., Ltd. 1. サービスの性質1. Nature of the service

当社は雇用主ではなく、また職業紹介における募集・送出の主体（recruiter）ではありません。当社は、企業と免許を保有するパートナーのあいだに立ち、国際人材プロセスにおける書類の調整・教育役務・段階的な情報開示を担います。募集・送出は免許保有パートナーが行います。The Company is not an employer and is not the recruiter that carries out recruitment or deployment. The Company stands between employers and licensed partners, handling the documentation, education, and staged-disclosure layer of cross-border talent processes. Recruitment and deployment are carried out by licensed partners.

2. 非保証2. No guarantee

当社は、採用・在留資格・配属その他の結果を左右せず、また保証・約束しません。本サイトの情報は現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性等を保証しません。The Company does not determine, guarantee, or promise hiring, residency status, placement, or other outcomes. Information on the Site is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

3. 候補者からの費用3. No candidate fees

当社は候補者から手数料その他の費用を受領しません。The Company does not receive fees or charges from candidates.

4. 禁止事項4. Prohibited conduct

法令違反、虚偽情報の送信、当社・第三者の権利侵害、本サイトの運営妨害等を禁止します。Violations of law, submission of false information, infringement of the rights of the Company or third parties, and interference with the Site are prohibited.

5. 知的財産5. Intellectual property

本サイトのコンテンツに関する権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。Rights in the Site's content belong to the Company or the rightful owners.

6. 免責6. Disclaimer

当社は、本サイトの利用により生じた損害について、法令で許容される範囲で責任を負いません。To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site.

7. 準拠法・管轄7. Governing law / jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サイトに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

当社は本規約を必要に応じて改定することがあります。The Company may revise these Terms as necessary.
